This is Macho B, he was the last jaguar in the United States to be seen by the human eye, which of-course means he was killed by the human hand, in 2009.
He lived near Bisbee, Az.
He jumped the U.S./Mexico border wall numerous times, as his territory was cut in half by it.
The border region is one of the few natural habitats of the jaguar.
There are less than 1500 wild jags in the world. A few of which are reported to live around here, but only Macho B had the misfortune of being seen.
